Tell-Eureka Launches LevelOne Virtual CSR Voice Self-Service Application on Microsoft Speech Server 2004

Extends its commitment to open standards with support for SALT


NEW YORK, NY—March 24, 2004—Tell-Eureka Corp. today announced that its LevelOne Virtual CSR solution runs on Microsoft Speech Server 2004 and provides full support for the Speech Application Language Tags (SALT) standard. Tell-Eureka is demonstrating the Speech Server version of its LevelOne voice self-service solution at the AVIOS~SpeechTEK and VSLive! conferences in San Francisco. LevelOne for Speech Server will be available within 30 days of general availability of Microsoft Speech Server.

LevelOne Virtual CSR, an award-winning voice self-service solution for contact centers, automates first-level customer support using conversational speech recognition.
